Riding Theory Test

Today went for RTT.. PASSED! super happy..

reach ssdc ard 8.50am.. early! cos dun wanna be late and panic.. it's 9am den the testers went in and soon, us.. station no. 28..

9.15am and the test started. the 1st qn appeared and i wasn't sure of the answer.. so, skipped the 1st qn.. haha.. so i went off to next qn and so on.. some of the qns were quite tricky.. finally, reached the last qn.. and went back to answer those unanswered qns.. answered all, so decided to check all answers to make sure its correct. but when at qn 17, too lazy to check the rest.. so i pressed END THE TEST. When i was leaving the room, saw so many empty seats.. so many ppl went off liao la.. haha.. only left with like 5 ppl in the test room..

So as per normal, i took the books and see if my answers were correct.. as for now, i answered 2 qns wrongly.. 1 qn still doesn't know the correct answer.. but overall was ok..

just counted how much i spent on riding lesson.. just by counting the practical lessons, 3 times of lesson 1 + 1 time of lesson 2 = $107. total consists of 7 lessons.. so i dunno how much money i gonna spend on this riding.. :(

The third time.

The bikes that we normally ride for our practical lesson.. Heavy and quite high for me as i have to tip toe when the bike's not moving.. i wan to grow taller! so tt i doesn't have to tip toe.. its quite tiring though.. hahass..

Today went for practical lesson 1, 3rd time.. and yup, today starts from the big circuit straight away.. but still doesn't have the strength to push the bike up a hump and towards the start point. got the help from 1 instructor. the same instructor tt guided us 2 days ago..

so we started 1 round ard the big circuit, with the traffic jam again.. and 2nd round onwards, without any of the instructor leading us.. and i'm the last one in the row to go this time! haha.. it was scary to be the 1st to move off.. den we had our high speed and low speed stop.. able to handle my clutch and brakes better after so many practices..

So after 6 or 7 rounds ard the big circuit, we went to cornering.. i hit the cones 2 times in the 1st 2 rounds.. den the instructor remove the cones and gave us a "lecture" on how to corner well.. "look far" (get the hint? haha) after "lecture", we got better..

so it was 5plus pm.. our lesson ended.. all of us passed lesson 1 and can proceed to lesson 2.. was quite happy because no nd to spend more money on lesson 1 le.. but was scared too because lesson 2 is on figure of 8, etc..

Christmas Party (NJ day)

Yesterday, POPs party.. met ard 230pm at amk hub.. Went for movie at 3.10pm.. movie ended ard 5.10pm.. Went straight to ssdc.. But frens were good! haha.. Helped me to bring my bags to tiff's hse and i just have to bring my helmet to ssdc.. haha.. thanks POPs..

At the practical lesson, we are still at lesson 1.. because lesson 1 has 4 sessions.. I was abit reluntant to go as i wasn't sure if i can change from 1st to 2nd gear and back to 1st gear.. the procedure.. brake 1st den clutch den brake.. why doesn't bike have auto too? den we no nd to learn about gears at all! But yesterday was able to go out of the small circuit and enter the big circuit.. which is to change to 4th gear and back to 2nd gear when at bends.. and must always to 1st gear when stop(hold on to the clutch).. ok so yesterday was in big circuit.. we were not supposed to overtake, so we shld drive on the left lane.. i did a mistake initally.. haha.. but was ok after many rounds ard the big circuit.. but was being stuck for quite long on the road due to the time ending, whereby all drivers drive out of their curves and carparks to the main road and i was stuck there.. so i had to keep changing to 1st gear to stop the bike.. ok next lesson is tml! super fast..

Went to tiff's hse after tt.. They were pao-ing their legs in the swimming pool.. i went up to change and pao my legs too.. with chatting and splashing of waters.. we went up for xiao nian re (little nonya) at 8.52pm.. watched all the way to 10plus for ijimae.. Den, gift exchange! yl and i got each other's, zhi how and tiff got each other's.. joc and xj too.. After which, joc and yl went bathing.. the rest of us played UNO.. haha.. initially xj can't stay over.. but, finally her mum allows.. she was like so so so happy.. joc and yl finished bathing and joined our games.. i became no voice during that period i think.. and i think xj, i, joc and yl were like NJ through the night.. so we kept gg to the toilet.. Den we started to chat about...... all sorts.. but is a good topic.. because it keeps us chatting on.. a topic that won't stop discussing about.. Chatted all the way to 6plus am this morning.. den we went back home and slp..

Initially promised fren to acc him to today's AGM.. but not feeling well now so, told him i can't go.. lucky fren was understanding.. so today will be staying at home!

Practical Lesson 1

Yeah! Definitely today was fun! haha..

Today went with si jia, si jia's mum and le min to riding practical lesson 1! hoohoo.. we had our orientation at 1130am.. lunch at 1235pm.. went to our lesson 1 at 1255pm..
The bike was heavy! can't really lift up the bike to its main stand on my own..

Riding the bike was fun.. but, my balance wasn't good! jia lat.. i hope it will be better by next lesson.. which is this coming friday.. and the turning parts..

When home after tt.. to bath and get ready to meet pops.. it was joc's cca's concert.. Guitar club.. It was nice.. encore..

Christmas Gift Search

Worked at tampines mall on Sunday, 21st, 930am-230pm.. Well, time passed quite fast at that point of time because i just spent time serving ppl and re-arrange the stocks on the shelves and racks.. so, its better than doing nothing and let the time pass..

Met with le min after work..We went to paragon.. SALES! haha.. for those chocolates and cookies.. so, bought 1 of them for christmas gift.. finally bought some stuff.. because, had no idea what to buy for christmas gift initally.. thanks le min! haha..

After small shopping at paragon, we headed to bugis.. There were big crowds at entrance and exit of the bugis street which blocked our way in! After our window shoppings, we settled our dinner at level 2 of bugis street..

And we realised that it was Hongkong Cafe when we finished our food i think..

We ended our day at bugis and i headed back to tampines mall for dinner..

Discovery

Met with si jia and lin mei on thursday after camp ends.. We went to kfc for lunch+dinner.. lin mei and i shared buddy meal again.. i ate a total of 3 pieces of chicken thighs and 3 pieces of drumsticks on tt week.. woah.. den we walked ard in J8.. i saw windbreaker+trackpants.. $99.. with at least 10% and up to 30% discount if tt lucky.. but in the end, didn't buy.. cos the trackpants was rather long for me, and i wasn't sure whether to get red or black colour for the windbreaker.. so decided to buy next time if i see other brands' ..

Den we went to the open space at level 3.. Christmas stuff was being displayed out.. we took pics with 'them'..

That marks the end of the day with lin mei and si jia..

Went to tiff's hse to discuss abt Christmas party.. We went to play billard and watched tv when we were discussing.. Had donuts from joc.. we finalised our plan for the party.. =)

Outreach- Youth Outdoor Camp

went for outdoor camp this monday to thurs, 15-18th dec.. fun and enriching camp.. got to know quite a number of sec students.. brought them ard Ngee Ann Poly to explore.. They had their high elements on the 2nd day.. 3rd day was amazing race and campfire.. tt was the most fun day of the camp i think.. as most of us were crazy and just dance and running ard the campfire to get all of the participants and leaders high.. all the efforts made for this camp wasn't gone into drain..
but it was tiring too.. had less than 5 hours of slp per night.. with events outside the hot sun.. it was super sleepy though..

Went to trishna's bdae party on last sunday, 14th dec..

Went to si jia's ah ma hse for bball last sat, 13th dec.. happened to have buffet at the cc there.. and our dinner was settled there.. played till 10p++ pm..

enjoy!

today is the last paper of my common test. =) 4-530pm.. macroeconomics.. mcqs and T/F qns.. hoohoo

going out with fren after paper later..

yesterday had business law paper.. supposed to be my "hatest" module.. but, after studying the details, quite ok with it already.. it think bcos somewhat understand what the lecture notes is teaching about and know about LAW.. but applied wrong case.. dunno will minus how many marks..

now will only wait for the results and see if i have to retake the common test anot.. *hope not*
